Benton's bacon

All I can say about anything coming out of Allen Benton's Tennessee smokehouse is that once you try it you will never want anything else. We portion it out and keep it in the freezer for special occasions: birthday breakfasts, brunch with house guests, and, most importantly, the first BLTs of peak tomato season 🍅
